TOP 5 PERSONALLY INFLUENTIAL ALBUMS THAT NOW ABSOLUTELY SICKEN YOU

in no particular order

1. NIRVANA - NEVERMIND
2. LED ZEPPELIN - IV
3. THE DOORS - WAITING FOR THE SUN
4. RADIOHEAD - OK COMPUTER
5. PINK FLOYD - DARK SIDE OF THE MOON

I feel as if some people may miss interpret this as my “top 5 worst albums” not the case. I think each of these albums are wonderful, well made records and at one point they meant the world to me. they change the way i acted, dressed, played music. they influenced me in what books i read, what films i watched, what drugs i took.

I’m also not saying these are my “top 5 personally influential records of all time” that’s not the case either, although nevermind would have to make that list as well. I mean let’s face it, I started and ended my teenage years in the 90s it’d be pretty damn hard to say I wasn’t influenced by nirvana at some point.

so there you are. each one of these records was a huge part of my teenage years…

but now I cringe whenever I hear them.

absolutely CAN NOT stomach them.

makes me want to stick knitting needles into my ears.
